Amazing relaxing stay with outstanding...

Liked: I was amazed how accommodating they were, especially taking us to their sister restaurant Le Talbooth, and then brining us back to the hotel. And room service was spot on.
Disliked: Nothing not to like!

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting

Liked: The outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Lovely room with own terrace. Very large, comfortable bed. We appreciated the extra little touch s such as fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast and dinner at Milsoms were excellent.
Disliked: The lighting in the room! Mood lighting is fine but bedside lights need to be bright to read by - we had to use torches on our phones! The breakfast fruit was rather disappointing.

Stunning, relaxing , classy and...

Liked: Beautiful venue and location. The greeting and service when we arrived was amazing best ive had. The room was incredible with lovely views over Dedham vally. Spa facilities and treatments were also fantastic. The Talbooth restaurant was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended and will definately be returning. X

Relaxing weekend break!

Liked: We had such a lovely stay, the facilities were amazing and all of the staff were so sweet!
Disliked: Nothing.

It was very average.

Liked: The grounds are impressive and the room was modern and comfortable. The spa area was lovely. The brasserie is really good value for money.
Disliked: The spa changing rooms looked like they had been trashed - my guess is that they had spa days by people who didn't stay at the property and so they left their rubbish and it hadn't been cleaned that evening we happened to be staying. They clearly had a house-fly problem which indicates that something is wrong because there's an unusual amount of house flies in the rooms and in the restaurants.The towels are paper thin, it doesn't feel cosy at all I felt more wet after using a towel.
