Liked: On arrival, you were made to feel very welcome and that set the tone for our stay. All staff were extremely helpful throughout.

A lovely evening and stay...
Liked: Excellent staff very friendly and service excellent. Room comfortable with very nice bathroom. Option of using Spa very good. Had breakfast at Milsons which was average. Had dinner in Le Talbooth which was excellent if a bit overpriced. I love scallops and was shocked I only got one.
Disliked: Rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade although comfortable. Breakfast at Milsons was fine but not worth 27.50! We were very pleased it was included in our package.A
