Mostly good.

Liked: Good location, helpful staff.
Disliked: Noisy construction going on next door.Also swimming pool and spa was closed. We were not informed prior to arrival that these facilities were not open.

Liked: Perfect location, great layout for us.
Disliked: Really needed a good clean, otherwise excellent.

Worst motel experiance

Liked: Location ok
Disliked: Room very average, no staff onsite to help. You have to call a number to get tje key to your room out of a lockbox. Took me 3 phone calls and 4 emails to get an invoice

Convenient location to Takapuna.

Liked: It had a separate bedroom. Close to Takapuna shops.
Disliked: Parking spaces were too tight and makes driveway congested and noisy.

Unclean with cockroaches. Need to...

Liked: The space and number of beds available and how close it was to the tournament we were attending.
Disliked: Did not received the info about how to self check in. Cusotmer service was average. Room smelt musty . And the worse part was the cockroaches that were coming out by the kitchen floor and kitchen bench every night. Has to use fly spray to kill it. Pool wasn’t filled either.
