Beautiful location in Tairua.

Liked: Location is excellent. We were very close to a beautiful part of the water and could see the sunrise over the water from the kitchen window. Host was delightful and admin around this booking was very smooth indeed. It's about a 10 minute scenic walk into the main street. Very clean and well appointed, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The property is a bit dated for the price of the room. But, bathroom was excellent, though (had been updated).

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the view out onto the water from the deck on unit 1 was lovely
Disliked: The units were showing their age. The sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet didn't close properly and some of the windows had to be wide open or fully shut.

Liked: Easy, friendly interactions. Before this visit, It was unclear to me whether Tairua had good boat ramps. There is a great boat ramp very close to this accomodation and I would come back with my jetski fishing set up if can park somewhere and clean it after using.
Disliked: No response to putting out card for change of linen. Bed was hard and couldnt sleep well. Overall would use again.

Disliked: room could have been a little bit bigger but all good. not within walking distance to town or shops but 3 minute car ride
