Well run and well equipped...

Liked: Our host was very very obliging. The rental was fully stocked for breakfast. We used the BBQ and could sit outside to enjoy dinner. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment, cutlery, glasses and dishware.
Disliked: We were in a lower level apartment and the greenery limited our view somewhat....it was still great to see the ocean and islands. An upper level might have a better view. There was picnic table seating outside but inside you sat on high chairs at the counter

Liked: Private and quiet and handy to sculpture parks and Matakana
Disliked: The bedding was way to hit and heavy for the summer time which made it difficult to sleep, and the sun shone through the blinds at sunrise. Recommend putting in black out blinds or curtains
