Very good

It wasn’t a trailer, but...

Liked: The actual unit was ok.
Disliked: The exterior and pool areas were gross. The noise level was insane. You could hear the people talking that were the next unit over, the unit below us, and the noise levels coming from upstairs were HORRIBLE! I went to use the clean dishes that were in the cabinet to put food on and when I pulled the plates out, they had standing water on them with old food still on them!! DISGUSTING!!!! The sheets did not fit the beds. The ac units were VERY NOISY! I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement room key and was not asked for any information. They handed me a key right over! I didn’t have to show an ID or anything! SCARY!!! I could’ve have been anyone!

Overall beautiful just minor improvements...

Liked: Resort was very nice. Updated flooring was good. A lot of items provided.
Disliked: Need some cabinet space for food. All cabinets were full of items. Maybe condense some of the items and open cabinetry for food storage. Also BBQ grills could use updating.

Comfortable & convenient!

Liked: We loved the 2 pools, the access to the lake and the kayaks/swimming docks. The closeness to SDC was a plus, too.
Disliked: If it had a restaurant on site, that would’ve been awesome! No other complaints though.

Beautiful condo, perfect location. Would...

Liked: Location was close enough to downtown Branson the drive was short, but we were out of the busy part. We were there for a softball tournament, so the amenities of the condo were very useful and the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had one hiccup with our key fob not working, but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to resolve the issue within 15 minutes.
Disliked: Parking was a little hectic by the weekend as more guests arrived and each unit had multiple vehicles. Not a huge deal, just a little crowded.

Indian Point definitely staying again

Liked: Everything was absolutely heavenly.
Disliked: Booking had facility listed as 5 bed when in reality it was 4. Luckily one of our group cancelled.
