Beautiful!
Liked: Beautiful location, close to everything!
Disliked: Coming from the US, I am used to having AC and fans. It was very hot and hard to sleep. The door opens at top as a window, however no screen. We had bugs flying in through door. Outside of that it was amazing! The breakfast was beautiful and amazing! We loved it!

Liked: We booked this place to attend a wedding nearby. The property is in an quiet rural area, which was a plus. Our room was fairly large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and much more substantial than I had expected. The proprietor seemed very nice too. Overall, a very positive experience.
Disliked: We were pretty happy with everything.

Brilliant family stay at affordable...
Liked: Very nice place. The bedding is perfect, few hotels have that quality and comfort.Breakfast was incredible, varied and plentiful.
Disliked: A bit confusing when you arrive, mid afternoon, everything open but no one at the desk. There is a bell to call the hotelier but it's not obvious.

Rather strange empty place
Liked: The building and the setting were lovely, and the room was nice, albeit cold. The breakfast was good too.
Disliked: When I arrived there was absolutely nobody around and no answer on either the doorbell or the provided phone numbers. After 15 minutes wondering what to do, a nearby fisherman said I could go inside and settle into a room, which I did - before I heard a noise and managed to find a 14 year old boy in the bar, who was very nice but mistakenly tried to check me into a different room which turned out to be occupied! After much back and forth I was finally able to check into the right room over an hour after arriving, but with no instructions about where to put my bike or about check out in the morning. I was told there was no food available when I asked, but it turned out there was actually a dinner service when I checked later - however the woman doing it was very cold and unfriendly. There was nobody around at breakfast either, and I had to work out how to get my bike back out of the building with a gate key myself. A friendly man appeared as I was leaving to take the keys and say goodbye, but that was the first time I had seen him!It was a nice place, but I left a bit confused about why the place was so deserted - it felt like I was staying in a B&B that was actually closed!
