Liked: I loved everything best hotel I've ever stayed in. Loved being greeted by a easter bunny basket towel arrangement. Beautiful.

Liked: It was close to my husband's appointment to get to by 8 am.
Disliked: It was a nightmare the whole experience here. One the toilet didn't work which we had told the maintenance and front desk and was only given a plunger for when you couldn't even flush liquid without having to plunge it. Then their pool was very high in chlorine so we didn't use it very long other then of course the kid went back for a second dip of course what kid doesn't try to get in any swim time when they can. So on top of the toilet the bathtub had a ring in it and I used their soap to clean so I can take a shower. Then in the morning you can tell they dont fix anything because their pitcher they put water in had the Apple juice in it because the juice machine was broken. But they did have breakfast which was nice and the pancake machine I haven't ever seen before and since I work for United Airlines I have stayed at a lot of places. But with that being said I have never stayed at a fraudulent hotel either like this one. Nor have I ever had a hotel claim I have smoked in one their rooms either because I never have.

Disliked: Arrived late, receptionist looked annoyed, was drinking coffee while handing out the key… while we waited :)Breakfast should be better.
