Liked: Very comfortable room with everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Location central and close to everything in South Kensington and Chelsea. Breakfast was excellent - a good choice and food intolerances catered for without a problem.Reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We will return.

A pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel in great location for attending a hospital visit nearby,

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Hanneen. She was very helpful when arranging a room for us due to the lift being out of order showing us different options which was appreciated . She is a real asset to a Sydney House hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was out of order so we were unable to have the room originally allocated as a quiet room.
