Good location - tiny room...

Liked: Great location if you need to be in Chelsea. Room was very small and the electrics switched themselves off twice. Bathroom also tiny with a shower that runs hot and cold. The lift is big enough for one person and a bag, quite funny really. Overall it’s expensive for a tiny room.
Disliked: Room was very small. Shower didn’t keep a constant temperature.

Didn't have breakfast so can't...

Liked: Very conveniently located. Welcoming staff. Nicely decorated.
Disliked: Lift incredibly small and claustrophobic, used it for bags only and took stairs.

Location and room good, customer...

Liked: Shower room larger than I expected. Bed was comfy. Location good for the LOC and hospital.
Disliked: The reception staff were quite unhelpful during check-in. I accidentally made two bookings for the same room—one by my husband and another by myself—under the same name but through different booking systems. It was clearly a mistake. I wasn't aware of this error until the staff said "Oh yes we have two bookings for you!" When I asked if they could do anything about this double booking (I was clearly not going to use two rooms) the staff member simply responded saying "You'll need to email the manager; there's nothing I can do." I did reach out to the manager via email, but I have yet to receive a response. While I acknowledge that the error was mine, I requested that they take into account the possibility of human error, but I received no acknowledgment. As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel. A response would have made a significant difference!

Just what the Doctors ordered!

Liked: The location was perfect for us as I had an 8am appointment at the Royal Brompton Hospital for a procedure.There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are top class the room is small but the bed was extremely comfortable as was the bed linen. We were offered a deal on a second night’s stay which we gladly accepted and greatly enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing worth noting.

Given the excellent location, great...

Liked: Breakfast was served until 11am. A bonus when suffering from jet lag! Brought to my room for a nominal charge. Another bonus.
