Liked: Pretty much everything
Disliked: Lots of cockroaches, like 5-6 inside and on the balcony

Liked: Location is best to be there and the staff is very courteous and caring
Disliked: There is no cafeteria except coffee . If there is a shop to pick. When in the night one feels hungry it's dead ..

Will definitely stay there next...

Liked: Location was perfect - opposite QVB! Basic facilities, but all you need. Excellent value for cost. Has access to subsidised parking fiveminute walk away.

Liked: Free biscuits and coffee tea
Disliked: The staff stealing my shower gel I wasn't happy you couldn't change the aircon from cold to warm so was freezing the room

Excellent location for one night

Liked: We ordered two rooms and got a free upgrade on one of them. The beds were fine and the room was spacious. Location was excellent and in walking distance from public transportation to the airport
Disliked: The staff were confused and had difficulty during check in. The apartment was laid out strangely with a living room that resembled a doctor's waiting room. Flooring was broken in the showers

Liked: Excellent location with QVB across the road. Bus stops across the road & the next street over is a tram stop. Plenty of eateries around, easy walk to Darling Harbour.
Disliked: The rooms are pretty small but were clean & our room was really quiet considering it was at the front of the building.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms are spacious and the bathroom are spotless. The location was perfect. Central to where we wanted and needed to be.
Disliked: Nothing. We enjoy this hotel.
