Great time stayed there twice...

Liked: The lobby lounge area. Great area to sit and eat. Free coffee and tea also free biscuits. Also supplies bowls and cutlery.
Disliked: Just the drain cover in bathroom was loose and I had to keep putting it back into place.

Best location, comfy, friendly, excellent...

Liked: Great location, comfy beds, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: The heating in my room only worked when it was turned up to the maximum, which suggests it needed servicing.
