We couldn’t believe how amazing...

Liked: Location is excellent. We had a family room for the three of us which was perfect. Immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and great towels and bedding.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic.

Liked: The staff were super friendly! The room was very clean & you couldn't ask for a better location. Close to all shops and a nice walk to The Capital Theatre.

Liked: Location was excellent, located opposite QVB and in walking distance from Town Hall train station and a supermarket.
Disliked: Travelling from work so a desk in the room would have been helpful, rather than sitting on my bed. My room had frosted windows that didn't open and the airconditioning/heating didn't work so the room was uncomfortable overnight. I set the temperature to 11 degrees and I was walking around with a t-shirt so it definitely was not working. Other than this, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and presented OK.
