Liked: Location and the room. Husband and i were in a separate room from my son. Manager was so friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Leaking water from the roof. But it was fixed asap.

Sydney trip in the rain

Liked: Staff were amazing and very helpful, location was a couple of minutes walk from Town Hall train station which links directly to the Airport and then the light rail is even more accessible. A 5 minute walk to darling harbour and China town.

Well located for a short...

Liked: The location and the staff were great. The room was cleaned daily and very clean. There is a bar-fridge, tea and coffee (and milk doses !) are available in the room, with a kettle and cups.
Disliked: The room is impractical, it’s too small to keep a suitcase handy, there is only one shelf in the closet with a few hangers, there’s nowhere to hang a rain-soaked jacket or wet towels, there is no chair and the bathroom had very unpleasant smells coming out of the plumbing.

Disliked: very strange-shaped room, one side of the double bed was hard against a wall. It was ok, just a little awkward. The bathroom needs a refresh. The shower screen was partially broken and needed help to make sure water didn't get out The shower head taps were partially broken and leaking.

Friendly and affordable accomodation with...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and went to great lengths to find my watch I lost in the room. I felt like such an inconvenience but they were very kind.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit tight and the placement of the safe was a bit weird as we could not really reach it.
