Great location and staff but...

Liked: The location is convenient to reach all the main tourist sites, has easy access to public transportation, and is virtually surrounded by scores of restaurants. The hotel staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The corridors and rooms were kept clean and presentable.
Disliked: The positive reviews did not prepare us for the small room size and lack of space for luggage and clothes. Our first room was tiny and damp, with no space for our medium size suitcases. We had to leave one suitcase on the only available chair and placed the other on the stand where the coffee service was located. We were moved to a larger room after two days. We were able to open one suitcase on the floor by the door and the other in the bathroom, which was larger since it was a handicap accessible room. The closet in both rooms were no more than 12" or 30 cm wide and there were no shelves to store clothing. Overall, it felt like a somewhat nice backpackers hotel with your own bathroom rather than a standard family hotel.
