The Marriott was a good...
Liked: The room was great and the (in-room) breakfast fantastic.
Disliked: These issues were mostly/fully out of the Marriott's control, but the Covid pandemic severely limited our enjoyment of the site's facilities.

Wonderful staff and a great...
Liked: Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The room was very large and very comfortable with a nice large relaxing bed.
Disliked: I was disappointed there was no electric jug for tea making. Only a coffee machine was in the room, which does not produce water hot enough for a cup of tea. The towels were not of a standard I would expect in a Marriott hotel.

Good but poor room service
Liked: The location is great and it's very clean
Disliked: The air conditioning in room wasn't warm enough even though it was set at 27 degrees C.The room service wouldn't answer their phones for 20 minutes in the morning to order breakfast. I had to get out of bed and walk down to the front desk. Very annoying when you stay there to sleep in away from the kids for a night.

Not worth choosing to stay...
Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: Due to the hotel being used to house covid arrivals it took 1 hour on the first day to order breakfast. On the 2nd day it took over 3 hours from our first attempt to order breakfast for it actually to arrive.

Liked: Location was perfect. Bed very comfy and view meet our expectations.
Disliked: The big harbour breakfast was very disapointing, took 1 hour from ordering it to delivery so it was tepid and soggy. The bathroom was not that clean. Also did not receive the bottle of wine that was supposed to have been delivered to our room.Overnight parking was very expensive, we found parking for $23 cheaper only a few hundred metres away.Would have been nice to be told about the credit card fee before we paid. Nothing on website to advise of the COVID19 restrictions to hotel service or the fact that it is a quarantine hotel. Took too long on hold to get service on the phone.

Liked: This place is awesome! Very friendly and efficient.. room service was there in a flash... Train station and light rail was a 2 minute walk from entrance..handymart 2mins in opposite direction.. bottle-o 2 doors down in same direction.. what more could you ask for? ... food and restaurants all around this place. Will deffs be returning. Thank you Jennie for a beauty weekend.

Liked: I liked to set up the temperature in my room.
Disliked: I didn't like the option to have breakfast in my room. I know it was because of the virus.
