Disliked: Wasn’t aware so many stairs . Would have liked a lower room if possible

Liked: Big room, clean and comfortable bed
Disliked: No elevator, my mom was tired from walking up stairs. A kettle was old and not clean.

Liked: Large room, comfy beds and great service
Disliked: Road works outside were dreadful, started around midnight. Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately I couldn't sleep well. I will definitely come back though but will be checking if the works are finished or so for a room away from the noise

Good value CBD hotel

Liked: Great value for large family room with three double beds. Excellent location right on Oxford Street. We had a view of the Harbour Bridge from our window!
Disliked: The shower just trickled. Thought it was a warm trickle.

Liked: the space is really big and comfortable, and it's really great value for a location so close to the cbd. travelled everywhere with bus 333 - really convenient. the staff were really helpful and friendly - they accommodated to our requests and were very flexible with it.
Disliked: there was small bugs in the shower and i spotted a small cockroach. the room gets cold in the night and morning during winter, and the heater wasn't working too well, but they had provided us with additional warm blankets
