Liked: Great location very clean
Disliked: Reception around the corner hard to ask for help

nice for central location and...

Liked: the location is nice, room is neat, toilet is clean. the nearest train station is Museum and there’s a direct line going in/out of Sydney airport and no need to transfer lines.
Disliked: i have 2 heavy luggages and there’s no elevator. and I have to carry them up on the 3rd floor where my room is. level 0 - ground floorlevel 1 - kitchen onlylevel 2 & 3 - rooms, bathroom, laundry

Good value budget stay in...

Liked: I enjoyed a room that didn't face the street, hence not so noisy.
Disliked: Window could only open a chink, not an issue in winter but in hot weather more ventilation would be welcome.

Liked: Friendly staff. Room was big and nice outlook over to Capitol Theatre.
Disliked: One toilet & shower per floor wasn't enough and they needed cleaning more than once a day. No elevator and we were on the top floor. This wasn't made known to me when I booked. Initially only given 1 blanket per person, but when we asked we were given more.

Disliked: Could not go up the stairs did not use the room was not told of stairs. Had to find and pay for another motel.

Liked: I liked it was close to the tram and the train station and a lot of food choices near by
Disliked: Wasn't enough blankets or extrea blankets and no fans or aicon to keep warm

Good

Liked: I would have given it a 9. This place is the cleanest I've ever seen in a hostel. The bathrooms are modern and big, a towel is provided. Kitchen was super clean and open 24hrs, which is convenient when having to leave at 4a.m.
Disliked: The loud music from a pub in the building. I had to catch an early flight and I haven't been able to sleep until the music stopped, even with earplugs. Also the check in is in another building further up the road, which means having to carry out luggage on a longer distance.
