Liked: Everything about this hostel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to everything in Sydney, including the train station, cafes, and nightlife. The beds were super comfortable with privacy curtains, personal lights, and power sockets, which made it feel like my own little space. The place was always clean and well-maintained, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. It had a cozy and social vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers.
Disliked: Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. Maybe just that the bathrooms can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that’s expected in any shared space. Everything else was smooth.

Loads of long term guests...

Liked: Nice to have breakfast and diner included as the kitchen is way too small for this amount of people to cook in.
Disliked: Loads of long term guests in groups, both speaking Spanish and French which made it hard to connect and socialize as a English speaker.The place was clean enough. The blanket was way too cold for the night. People making out in the dorm during day and night made me leave a night early.
