Disliked: The bathrooms were dirty and need an update. Unfortunately we did not get much sleep due to it being extremely noisy in and outside the hostel. When cleaning was done, this was early in the morning and was loud - the staff did not seem to respect that people are sleeping in the hostel. It appeared that people were ‘cleaning’ in exchange for free accommodation which meant that it was completed to an extremely low standard. The curtain did not cover the window and there is a bright light outside, resulting in the room being bright all night. This made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. The room was also not clean.There was a constant banging sound (maybe pipes?) all of the time, including through the night, which was very loud.The staff were unprofessional and had inappropriate conversations in front of guests. We also had to wait ages to check out due to no staff being on reception.We recognise that this hostel is cheap, however, this does not mean that basic standards should be ignored.

Liked: The best thing about this hostel is the location, it’s in the center of everything. Also, it is very social with different events going on every day, where you can also get free food like BBQ, pancakes, pasta,…The stuff is nice and helpful. Beds are comfy.
Disliked: The bathrooms are not equipped well. You don’t have any shelves where you can put your stuff. Also, toilets are a bit dirty
