Very clean, and great location

Liked: The Swissotel was very clean and well presented. Y staff were very attentive, and accomodating. The location was perfect for us.

We only stayed at couple...

Liked: Bed was extremely comfortable, Room was perfect, centrally located in the heart of the city which made it easy to get around and enjoy this great city
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

Not good at all

Liked: The location
Disliked: Bed not comfy, but pillow was. Room not clean. Headboard of beds is filthy. Bedlight dusty. Most of bathroom clean but tiles at top of shower mouldy. Floor had hair on it and not clean. Valet parking was a nightmare, especially for an extra $100
