Great stay in the heart...

Liked: Great services and amenities, lovely staff. They helped with an extended check out option as well!
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.

Liked: The staff were customer oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The location was perfect - very central. The room was clean roomy and had a bath - always great at the end of a long day touristing.
Disliked: We are big coffee drinkers - 3 coffee capsules just didn't make the grade - having said that when we requested more there was no hesitation by the staff and we had plenty of coffee to drink.

Disliked: I had a room that had zero view. Which was really disappointing, even just a bit of city would have been nice.I had some weird verandah you could access and it just wasn’t nice.The rooms are very dark. They need to adjust and put stronger lighting in.

You cannot beat this hotel...

Liked: Location n price were just great
Disliked: Poor signage after 11pm...I arrived to check in n sign board on ground floor needs to be more clear eg "Guests checking in to proceed to 8th floor..."

Excellent location, can ignore them...

Liked: ProximityModernAccomodating for us as we needed to check out at 2pm
Disliked: Bathroom needed a little more cleaning, 1 towel was provided for 3 of us, bed was not comfortable.

Some great parts and some...

Liked: Loved the location. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Bed was comfy. We like that it had a pool. Nice and quiet. Easy concierge storing suitcases
Disliked: We travelled as a group of three girls and picked the twin room with advertised 2 double beds. Sadly we found the beds to be really disappointedly small and no way able to fit two full size adults per bed as advertised. The manager tried to be very accommodating with a suggested upgrade but the sofa bed looked very poor condition and we enquired to just make do with a roll out extra bed. But they wanted to charge us $75 extra a night which is outrageously expensive!! We spent a great deal of time trying to find a place that fit 3 people so we just found it a little disappointing on arrival but we appreciate the lovely staff who tried to help. And a wonderful surprise little cake for my birthday. Can’t fault the staff and comfy beds.

Disliked: Old/worn timber shelf in bathroom. It was cv otherwise spotless.

Disliked: Our booking indicated above the 18th floor and the room we were given was the 14th floor which could not be rectified.
