Disliked: The bar staff were incredibly slow; the lobby and areas were noisy due to renovations; The Club room facilities were dated and cramped.

Disliked: We asked for two beds and were told that they couldn’t give us two beds but the bed we slept in was to singles pushed together

Liked: Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. The gym and pool facilities were excellent and the coffee was perfect. We absolutely loved the location too!

Perfect location, fantastic hotel.

Liked: The room was quiet and comfortable. I got the best night sleep. It is well appointed and loved the addition of a coffee machine.

Not the best 5 star...

Liked: Front desk staff very friendly and efficient, I had a problem with my room which it got sorted very promptly. Pool was nice and the location was great.
Disliked: Room was way to hot to sleep in even tho I keep turning it down to 19c it still kept it at 23c, very uncomfortable but was rectify when complaint to front desk. Having to take 2 different lifts to get to the room was tiring.
