Perfect Location!!

Liked: Close to everything including light rail! Hotel is right next to Town Hall Station. Swiss Hotel is absolutely beautiful!

Best place for a city...

Liked: The fourth time staying at this place. Love everything about it - location, bedding, breakfast, lobby lounge with live music. Awesome value for money right in the CBD! Can’t wait to be back!

Liked: Great and cental location. Confortable rooms.
Disliked: We did not get beds for everyone in our reservation even though all three children were stated in the reservation and had to pay ALOT to get a roll up bed. Also, checkkin time was over 30 min and checkout over 15.

It's the best hotel for...

Liked: the views were fantastic since it's right in the middle of the CBD. I love how it's accessible to almost everything that I want to go to.
Disliked: A/C settings keep on resetting every time we leave the room.

Liked: Location, facilities & cleanliness,
Disliked: Check in time was too late for requested check in time.Communication on parking options and additional options for parking was poorly communicated, Additional cost for parking was an unpleasant surprise.

Nice without being fantastic

Liked: The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing.
Disliked: The air conditioner was extremely difficult to regulate - even to turn off and on was difficult. I ended up leaving my off after not being able to control it successfully. The make up mirror was wonky and i was unable to use it due to this.
