Dusty musty

Disliked: The room was extremely dusty. We did try out a different room and it was even worse. The second room we stayed in had dust everywhere so my allergies are horrible. It just felt rundown and gross. We will not stay there again. We were told that it is nonrefundable. So we couldn’t go somewhere that we even felt safer because it just didn’t really feel safe there even. So we did sleep there and everything was OK safety wise. But the room was gross.

Stayed one night, Booked and...
Disliked: They accused me of smoking in my room and destroying the $3 comforter from the bed. I haven’t smoked in 20 years. The thought repulses me but they claim there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. That could very well be the case but if there was it wasn’t from me placing it there. I honestly don’t even know where the smoke detector was or if there even is one in the room. If they over looked a plastic bag on the smoke alarm from a previous guest that doesn’t become my issue. As to the comforter, the first thing I do when enter a room is take the disgusting comforter off the bed and throw it in the chair or in a drawer. Any damage done wasn’t by my hand. They have been trying to charge my card for some sort of fees to cover the “damage” I did to the to the room. If they push a charge through I will dispute it at the same time is dispute the charge for the room. The choice is theirs.
