Very good

Liked: Super comfortable bed, nice and new bathroom. The neighborhood is super quiet, which is perfect for a good night of sleep.
Disliked: The room was a little bit smelly, I guess because of the carpet.

Liked: Nice breakfast, good location
Disliked: The place and the staff werenot very welcoming, the very focused on the processes and not so much attention to the guest. The gym was not very usable, a small room with just one tiny window for aeration, in the basement next to the laundry, therefore very humid. Rooms, especially the single, were very small, despite an upgrade to superior. A bit disappointing, compared to the very nice SwissNights hotel in Lausanne.

Cute Hotel

Liked: Cute hotel very close to every thing, but far enough to be in a quite neighborhood. Rooms are decorated in a Swiss theme. Breakfast was very ample and good.
Disliked: Lack of control on the AC. Very hot and muggy with no screens on the windows if you open them. Being on the first floor make that more problematic.

Disliked: I booked a twin (2 bed) room and was emailed shortly before I arrived to say that it wasn't guaranteed. I stated that I was travelling with my son and it would be inappropriate to share, they were not interested and maintained they couldn't guarantee a twin room. By this point I tried to cancel and book elsewhere but there were no other hotels available a late notice. Thankfully we did get a twin room but it was worrying that we may not despite booking one.On arrival we were informed firmly that there was no staff or reception on site after 22:00 so we must remember to take our door access cards. Whilst taking the cards was not a problem, I would not have booked a hotel with no staff on site for safety reasons. I think it is important to highlight this particularly for solo travelers or single parents with Children
