Mixed bag

Liked: Architecturally interesting. Got the room requested.clean. Comfortable bed. Great views and easy walk to the viaduct. Parking was also much better than expected. A few tight corners going up to the fifth floor, and you wouldn’t want to be in a massive car, but well lit, good size, elevators and easy to enter and exit
Disliked: They had a no party policy, but this didn’t seem to apply to the room directly below us. Three phone calls, the last at 3.45am and we finally could get to sleep. This was pretty poor, and not something we could have anticipated.

Liked: Excellent location. Staff were so helpful. Room was 3 bedroom and perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds. Parking available at cost next door with access to hotel from carpark. Next door to a convenience store. Beautiful queen Victoria park across the road.
Disliked: Nothing really. Breakfast is continental but more than enough.

Liked: It’s in a perfect location; overlooking Victoria Park
Disliked: The check in process needs to improve. I arrived after 12.30pm to check in, the room wasn’t ready but it took 15mins waiting to leave my bags. Returned after 3pm to check in and had to wait 25 mins to check in. Very frustrating!
