Liked: Awesome place, awesome staff. Great location

Room with a great view

Liked: This was a great location and easily walkable to the wharf. There was a great view from the room and the room was nicely decorated.
Disliked: The room was clean but there was a lot of wear/dings/rips on the appliances, kitchen counters, and furniture. Nothing got in our way or affected our experience but it was noticeable.

Overpriced for value relative to...

Liked: The property was nice with a lovely manager. Importantly….my bank has confirmed that I’ve been charged twice from my bank account for a 1 night stay. Pls investigate for my reimbursements.
Disliked: Not happy with being overcharged. Charged 2 times for 1 night stay. Carpets need cleaning.

Liked: The location was near the city centre. The staff were really helpful. Room was big, with facilities like washing machine, dryer, umbrella, dishwasher, microwave and cooking stove. The hotel is just in front of a park. As a a solo traveller I couldnt have asked more.

Liked: Great room, with dryer and washing machine, good kitchen, walk-in wardrobe. View was still pleasant even though our room did not face Victoria Park. Handy location with Inner Link bus stop outside.
