The perfect location in Auckland

Liked: It was the perfect location and it was great that it allows dogs.

Bad

Disliked: Although our stay was ok, we were not impressed by the sofa on the ground with no legs an heavily stained with god knows what. To top it off I was charged for mini bar items I did not use, after several emails regarding this I have had zero response and have been ghosted completely. Make sure you check your bank statement as I guarantee many people have had a sneaky charge from their card for items not used! I did not even make a coffee or tea in this room let alone use a single thing from the mini bar! Theives.

Otherwise family friendly

Liked: Room was tidy apart from a couple of carpet stains and chairs were crabby.
Disliked: chairs were crabby stains. Carpet stains.

Excellent location but attention to...

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: As the rooms are not serviced daily, we kept having to ring and ask for things like washing powder for the washing machine & dish washer & also toilet paper. The dishwasher was broken. It was just not quite up to the price tag, we felt. We asked for one room to be a twin but it wasn’t, there were only 4 mugs even though 5 of us were staying. Little things that were just annoying!
