Quiet accomodation

Liked: It's a beautiful accomodation facing the lake. It's just about a few minute outside of Queenstown. Really convenient if you are driving.
Disliked: My unit area were under renovation and hence there were dust and scaldolding outside our unit. It didn't affect the interior of our unit.

Not great value for money,...

Liked: View was incredible, lovely layout of apartment.
Disliked: Very grubby and mouldy bathroom grout. We weren’t told there would be renovations happening during our stay and I had to walk under scaffold and over paint dripped drop sheets in my wedding dress on our wedding day to leave the apartment to get to the wedding car.

Overal the unit was what...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating and recognized the challenges and disappointments of the units. Fireplace was lovely.
Disliked: The 1 bedroom suite unit is advertised as a mountain view lake view. You pay a premium price for this so expect to have a nice view. It’s a bit disappointing when you arrive and your view is of one of the busiest roads in Queenstown (6A) and you can just barely see the tip of the water. Yes the mountain is in view but behind this busy road. If they had advertised this to guests it would be different but the pictures of the view are from the upper most expensive suites so just be aware of this if you are booking the 1 bedroom suite unit.The unit itself is tired. Lots of wear and tear (furniture is very scratched up and worn).

Exceptional

Quality accommodation in magnificent Queenstown

Liked: Our room was a one bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the mountains surrounding Queenstown (including full length windows and a private balcony). The facilities were elegant and good quality, there were two TVs, and we loved the instant fire in the living room.
Disliked: The location was a bit further out of town than we thought - about a 20-25 minute walk, with a lot of uphill on the way back (tough after a big meal!) One other small complaint - the fan in the bathroom was very loud (like a jet engine) and it came on automatically with the light, so there was no way to turn it off.
