A good hotel but was...

Liked: Rooms are great, good size
Disliked: $100 just for dog for one night, and this was not made clear on the policy (said maybe a charge) did not tell cost until after the non ref booking was made

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Liked: Excellent location. Very handy to everything.Breakfast was always lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Bed was a little hard. It is such a personal thing.

Disliked: Check in staff was quite dismissiveCleanliness was not the best, there were hairs in the shower and dust etc around the room

Great place in central Napier

Liked: Staff was great, cozy and clean rooms with heaps of space. The best thing that hotel is dog friendly and would recommend to anyone
Disliked: Afterhours entrance to the hotel can be tricky
