An exclusive 42-bedroom luxury castle hotel. With 4 Red Stars and 3 Rosettes awarded by the AA for excellent facilities this is the highest rated hotel in Yorkshire. Swinton Park is the ancestral home of the Cunliffe-Lister family and is set in 200 acres of parkland lakes and gardens. The castle is surrounded by the family estate in which guests have access to a Bird of Prey Center rivers moorland and beautiful countryside bordering the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The restored Georgian stables have been converted into a state-of-the-art cookery school. The hotel has a civil license for weddings and 5 function rooms equipped for meetings conferences and presentations. The Spa and Country Club has a gym an 18-yard indoor pool and a hydrotherapy pool steam rooms and a sauna. The spa garden offers an al fresco sauna and shower as well as a 10-yard outdoor pool with bio-filtered water. The spa has 8 treatment suites and relaxation rooms. Fabulous - a beautiful hotel...

Liked: Beautiful and relaxing
Disliked: The spa was wonderful - it’s a small thing the beer wasn’t chilled enough! They’d also run out of all savoury snacks from the menu in spa. The waiter was kind enough to go and locate some crisps for us which we very much appreciated!

Liked: Everything ! Gorgeous setting, grounds, room.Beautiful spa Welcomed dogs x Just perfect for a night away
Disliked: The burger in the restaurant wasn’t as good as the other food, a little point really because every perfect x

Very helpful staff, specatcular grounds,...

Liked: Beautifully located on lovely grounds, very nice bedroom
Disliked: There were understaffed, the room wasn’t cleaned till later in the day and there was a long wait for breakfast. Might have been unlucky.

Can't wait to revisit!

Liked: We absolutely loved Swinton Park, the staff were above and beyond helpful, made us feel so welcome.The spa is fabulous, the highlight of our trip was being able to swim in the lake, totally glorious and not to be missed!
Disliked: I have nothing to write in here because Swinton Park was everything we hoped it would be and more!
