Never again!

Liked: Glad I had a place to sleep, but I'll never stay there again.
Disliked: 1. The staff2. The room3. Casino, restaurants, room service, etc. were not available due to computer hack 2 weeks earlier.4. No chance of a discount for hotel stay. I paid $325 for 2 nights which was ludicrous considering the size of the room and the fact that nothing was available other than the hotel. We had to drive to restaurants in the area (a minimum of 20 minutes in any direction) to eat because the restaurants in the resort were closed. There was a Mini-Mart/Gas Station on site, but who wants to eat at a Mini Mart 3 times a day?5. I received zero communication from the hotel beforehand to let me know that this was going to affect my reservation. I had made the reservation over a month in advance and never received anything to let me know or to offer me an explanation or a chance to cancel. I was forced to have to stay there because I couldn't cancel my reservation since I had to give 48 hours of notice beforehand. We didn't even know there was going to be an issue until we drove up to the hotel and saw signs on the doors saying that the casino was closed until further notice. Luckily, we saw a couple walk into the hotel part of the casino which made us go over to check how they got inside. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had a clue.

Peaceful and clean

Liked: Accommodation at Swinomish was lovely - very clean, spacious, great view. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Sadly, the casino and restaurant were not functioning due to a computer hack. We look forward to returning when the facility is fully functioning.

Disliked: The Casino and restaurants were closed because of a cybersecurity issue. That was very disappointing to my mother. But it was great otherwise and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere

Not worth the cost.

Liked: No breakfast. Casino and restaurants were closed.
Disliked: The mattress on the hide a bed was gross. Daughter would not sleep on it.
