Disliked: Unfortunately the first room I was given the tv eas not working and the a/c did not work which on a ground floor room with only patio doors was not useful They did change the room after going to reception to same room but higher up with balcony so was able to open patio doors to allow air in Also paid a £50 deposit which was standard for any extras I wanted to put on Was told it should be refunded within a few days , took nearly a weekDidn’t realise that you have to pay £10 to use the gym as didn’t book direct with hotel
