Liked: The room was comfortable but only a sheet and a small kids blanket no comforter and when I ask the front desk they act like they ignored me and then said no more blankets

Liked: the hotel had good ratings but was absolutely disgusting. the carpet turned my children's feet black just from walking on it for 10 minutes. the room smelled like cigarettes. at check in, our key did not work, we were told the wrong room number as well.. the hair dryer had something brown and crusty all over it. it did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly at all. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. it is not family friendly. semi trucks also park right in front of the hotel and leave their trucks loudly idling all night long.

Disliked: No breakfast, They charged my card twice for my room payment when I had already paid online through booking and never gave it back.... The first day I paid for a 2 bed the gentlemen puts me in a king one bed....I bring it to his attention and got him to correct it. THE next day I got up to extend my reservation and he charged me $55 for some reason never got a clear answer but advised me if I wanted to extend my reservation that I would have to pay the $55 so I did...Thay was the first day . About week later I booked my room through booking.com and paid it online I went up to the front to sign the paper work and he informs me 5hat he has to charge my card and I was like why I already paid online through booking...Needless to say I ended up paying for my room twice and never got the money back...boyt 3 days later the manager later saw my brothers friend stop by to say high...she had thought the gentleman was another individual and he wasn't so she kicked me out on the assumption that my brothers friend was someone else....The gentleman went and talked to her to inform that he was not who she thought he was she apologized and still kicked me out for no reason....Also an escort also got murdered there in room 133 back in December 13, 2025

Liked: Good location, clean, & very good customer service, staff. I have been a return visitor, many times
Disliked: Possibly only sometimes only hearing noise of noisy neighbouring rooms, but the staff were always helpful to resolve.
