It was a okay stay...

Liked: Nice beds and room

Disliked: Upon checking in the sheets & pillow cases were filthy. Took them to front desk and got a sour pus look when I asked for some clean ones which my wife had to make up the bed. After walking around barefoot the next morning. I got in the shower and the bottom of the tub turned "BLACK"" from the dirt on the floor. I then took the wet washcloth and dragged it from the front door to the bathroom area. I took a picture of the washcloth and then took it to the front desk and demanded that they send someone to mop the filthy floor. 5:30 am The next morning ""No COFFEE CUPS"" For coffee. Had to use my travel mugs. Then ask for my $100 cash deposit and was told that if I wanted it I would have to wait til 9 am. Impossible for we had an appointment in Birmingham at 11 am.Took me 2 weeks of arguing with management and was told that if I wanted my deposit I would have to drive 600 miles round trip and pick it up in person. I finally talked to the only person that spoke English, Mr Brooks,and he said if I would send him a self addressed and stamped envelope,he would mail it to me. He gets a 5 star from us but I will sleep on a park bench with the homeless people before I would ever stay at the Sweet Dream again. It was a ""NIGHTMARE ""I FINALLY GOT MY DEPOSIT 2 WEEKS LATER Look at the Washcloth picture

Liked: Clean housekeeping staff very nice
Disliked: I have been staying for almost a week and paying each day online through booking.com and on the last time I booked I booked Friday stay early that morning and I went to book Saturday stay late Friday night and I was exhausted and I accidentally double booked for Friday and the next morning when housekeeping came through and my reservation wasn't in the computer The staff was not accommodating and helping me change my booking date so they kept my money and I had to struggle to find a way to pay for Saturday. So they basically stole the money and would not refund it nor would they move my reservation to another date very frustrating and very unprofessional.
