Disliked: Upon arrival, there was absolutely no one at the property — no staff, no reception, no sign of life. Despite the listing clearly stating that the front desk is open 24/7 and that check-in is possible until 11 PM, this turned out to be completely false.The information on the Booking.com Sway hotel page was misleading and factually incorrect. It claimed that keys would be provided on-site, yet we were told we had to go to a different hotel to pick them up — which also proved to be untrue.When we called the number provided, we received vague and confusing instructions with no clear location or explanation. The woman who answered spoke such broken English that we could hardly understand her at all. It was already past midnight, and the complete absence of professional assistance or any clear communication was unacceptable.On top of everything, the listing claimed “no prepayment needed,” yet the full amount was charged to our account immediately. As of now, neither Booking.com nor the hotel has responded to our refund request.To make matters worse, when we attempted to call again, one of our phone numbers appeared to have been blocked — a move that says everything about the level of professionalism here.If it were up to me, this establishment would be shut down. False advertising, nonexistent service, zero accountability. Unacceptable on every level.

Liked: Great place plus great location. The lady's working both day and night were the best. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. I will for sure be back again
