Liked: Great location. Super Comfortable beds. Friendly and Helpful staff. Great lounge area.
Disliked: No filter coffee ( coffee bags) in room. Breakfast was ok but not delicious. Change the toaster it devours energy

Ideal location for the historic...

Liked: Ideal location for the historic town. Good parking at reasonable cost. Very helpful reception staff, recommended good places to eat. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Unfortunately the shower trap was blocked and the bathroom flooded. Reported to reception and they compensated us. Not a problem though.

Perfect stay for a trip...

Liked: This was a return trip.We had a ground floor room which suited us as we are both rather immobile,We were delighted with choices for breakfast.Dinner was delicious in the separate bistro and perfect for a pre theatre meal..Location was ideal to be able to walk to the theatre. Car parking was so easy and much appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Room was great, lady on reception on arrival was really helpful and welcoming. Very good location to just walk into town
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit too self-service (get your own tea and wait for the industrial toaster to perform, which meant if you were queuing up your cooked breakfast would be getting cold) and limited fruit. Also felt that parking in the hotel car park should be free
