Pleasant stay with kitchenette that...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful. There were lovely double doors on the main floor that opened to a beautiful view of the harbor. Soundproofing was excellent when the exterior doors/windows were fully closed.
Disliked: The furniture in the main living area could have been arranged to better take advantage of the harbor view. Kitchen chairs were not very comfortable.

A nice stay for people...

Liked: Excellent location (if you are aware of and not terrified by Downtown Victoria’s issues), large comfortable room with excellent kitchen, helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: It does appear to be a tiny staff, however, and no one was at the desk when I arrived and no one answered the phone. Had to wait about an hour to check in; however, the Pub downstairs is a perfectly fine place to wait. Staff was apologetic and helpful when we finally found each other.

A perfect location and good...

Liked: The location is perfect, just nearby the inner harbor.
Disliked: The water system has huge problems. Can you believe in 2025 and there is a hotel has issues with hot water. If other customers are using hot water at the same time, you will have no hot water at all. This is a huge problem when you are taking the shower. It is impossible to finish the shower with a stable water temperature.

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming.The location was excellent — close to many attractions.The room had historical charm, was unique, and beautifully decorated.
Disliked: During our one-night stay, we saw a mouse run under the sofa in the morning.It was a very shocking and unpleasant experience, and even now it gives me chills.Although the staff tried to help and mentioned that this is rare, she also admitted that mice have been seen here before.Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again. I never want to see a mouse in my room.
