Passable

Liked: It was convenient, it was clean.
Disliked: The room was made up for a single person, we had to ask for more towels, the tea and coffee facilities left alot to be desired, there was a particularly rowdy group in the pub part and you could hear alot from the room, I wouldn't put this as 5 star, more like 3. Sorry but we won't be back. Other opinions may differ but this is just our opinion.

Liked: The towels and floors were dirty. The shower didn't work properly. And the bathroom hadn't been cleaned; there was brown stuff under the radiator. Definitely not 5 stars

Liked: Everything about it even the staff where absolutely amazing and the manager. Beat hotel I've ever being to, they are kind, friendly, helpful and caring
