Liked: Location for Main rail services is 2nd to none, 24 hour access is easy and accessible to me.Great log in and free upgrade without being asked

Ideal place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, very clean, spacious rooms with all that I needed. Great service, welcoming and hospitable hosts!
Disliked: Nothing it was great!

looked nice on pics but...

Liked: hotel looked nice on pictures, communal check in area and bar wasnt very inviting and we were asked to use the outside back stairs to exit. Room was very tastfully decoarated but there was a strong smell of urine which was offputting. the bar was full of strange men, some who clearly had mental health issues so we had one drink and left. we felt it was expensive for what it was, owner told us its significantly cheaper if booked direct
Disliked: smell in rooms and corridors was like ammonia or cat urine

Liked: Very welcoming, rooms were lovely, would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient and reasonably price...

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: The exit - the external gate (which you must use outside of normal pub hours) had a huge commercial bin pushed up against it and it was an absolute nightmare to shift. I had to get my arms between the metal railings to push the bin out of the way - this was a struggle given the wheels on the bin were locked. Fortunately it wasn’t full and so I managed it in the end but not a great end to the stay when racing for a train.

Liked: Near the station and dw stadium
Disliked: The booking,com site it didnt mention a £50 deposit would be taken b4 as well as full payment on the day. Obviously the £50 deposit gets returned but just be aware.

Superb

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: The bed was the biggest to fit the room but not big enough for me, but that a personal choice.
