A great break away for...

Liked: Convenient location to visit many parts of N. Suffolk and S.Norfolk. Very nice clean room and very friendly staff. Great breakfast without prior ordering. A compact room with new decoration and equipment TV and mini fridge. Room refreshed each day.

Great staff and accommodation, close...

Liked: We love staying here, it’s so friendly and the staff are amazing, John is great and everyone is so accommodating. The rooms have had a revamp since we have been and the decor is great. Food at the Swan is incredible, we had breakfast and dinner no complaints!

Great place to stay

Liked: What a lovely little hotel .. beautiful boutique style entrance. Had a lovely bungalow style room in the grounds which was very handy for our dog .It was very clean and comfy . Had meal in the evening which was very good . About 5 mins drive into Beccles which was nice to visit the marina and shops etc Definitely recommend
Disliked: Nothing
