Excellent stay, solid location, great...
Liked: Great location, very reasonably priced, and overall, an enjoyable stay. The location was excellent, lots of pubs, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The rooms were a little funky (we rented three rooms), but hey for the price I cannot complain. The pub downstairs was great, very friendly staff at the bar and at check in. The breakfast was very good. This is a solid place to stay, do not expect the Ritz, but for the price The Swan Inn cannot be beat.

A real gem!!!
Liked: On old, character hotel, on a busy corner, but the rooms upstairs have been fully modernized and are blissfully quiet. Very comfortable overall. Pub downstairs offers a decent menu, at good price and excellent taste. Beware though, the portions are huge!!! Close to Bletchley Park and within a very short distance of large markets and convenience restaurants. Breakfast and parking are a real bonus as is the very friendly staff!! Well done

Value for Money. Would stay...

Disliked: Slight noise from the bar downstairs but not enough to be a concern

Modern, clean and comfortable but...
Liked: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room and en-suite was neat, and very modern with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. There was a sideboard to eat or work from with a comfortable chair. Everything was very clean. There was a big TV (viewable from the bed, not so much the seating). Window was open so air was fresh when I arrived, which I appreciated. I had a room facing the street but traffic noise wasn't bad, even on a bank holiday weekend. Varied traditional breakfast choices in the morning and the location has lots of eateries nearby .
Disliked: The main thing that impacted the enjoyment of my stay was loud music with a thumping bassline coming from the pub in the evenings, going on to 11 to midnight - I had to turn up the TV to drown it out. Beyond the general noise I would expect from a pub. Not recommended if you want to get to bed early.Other negatives are just niggles- remote was quite grotty and TV very slow to respond for some reason. The bathroom tap took a long time to turn from hot to cold to fill the kettle or water bottle. Otherwise a comfortable place to stay.
