Lovely hotel, great bar /...

Liked: Great pub / hotel with fresh and home made traditional food with wide variety available.Rooms were modern and tastefully decorated with a lovely with view of the rear garden.
Disliked: In my humble opinion I thought the overall cost of £180 was astronomical for one night to be honest, especially as this did not include a cooked English breakfast, only a continental type section at breakfast time was included within the £180. There was of course an option to enjoy hot cooked selection but this was around £10 extra per person. Which again I thought a bit steep and didn’t represent fair and good value for money.

Lovely stay

Cosy room, friendly staff, nice...

Liked: Lovely village stayover for our ghost hunt at the Ancient Ram Inn. Enjoyed a pint at the bar followed by a hearty dinner in the restaurant, friendly and warm staff. The room we stayed in had a four poster and was a nice retreat coming in late from our ghost hunt, warm and cosy.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Lovely clean and comfortable stay, amazing location friendly staff and all round gem in the middle of the town, close to shops and amenities we had a short but lovely comfortable stay
