Amazing heritage experience!

Liked: Great heritage property in a lovely quaint medieval town. The staff were wonderful and friendly, they helped us carry our bags up to the room, and the free breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: Everything was great with free parking on the street right in front.

I would be happy to...

Liked: Lovely breakfast and evening meal the previous evening. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent staff service, particularly a receptionist who dealt with a rather unpleasant customer with outstanding professionalism. Rooms were very clean, as was the whole hotel.
Disliked: On what was the hottest day of the year (30 degrees) the bedroom was rather warm even with the provision of a pedestal fan.

Disliked: Rooms not the best for dda compliance , lots of stairs to rooms. Charge for dogs excessive Some staff clearly uncomfortable with dogs , one particularly made her dislike very obvious. Staff not very attentive and difficult to find - distracted by wedding taking place. Car parking limited near hotel entrance, difficult to unload luggage.

Garden party stay in Lavenham

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a stunning place. Lavenham is a lovely Suffolk village and the Swan just makes it perfect
