Liked: My Entire Stay.
Disliked: Couldn't get certain channels on TV; minor details.

2nd time we have visited...

Liked: Beautiful room. Very comfortable EXCEPT the temperature because HVAC was down all night
Disliked: HVAC system was broken so room was 24 degrees all night and we were unable to sleep at all. Hotel said they were refunding 50% of room fee (TWO weeks ago) but we still have not received

Ideal place to stay in...

Liked: Modern, convenient hotel. Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. Room was spacious and comfortable. The valet service was fast and hassle-free. Clean facilities and lovely swimming pool.
Disliked: It would be perfect if they had a small breakfast cafe where you could take coffee and items to go. A sauna or infrared would be nice to compliment the swimming pool.

Liked: Wonderful time at the Sutton for my spouses bday weekend. The hotel, facilities, staff were top notch. The women’s day gift and bday gift were the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back - a hidden gem in the ideal and walkable location!

Liked: Amazing staff!! So kind and friendly! Always willing to help ! Valet was also willing to get our car for us to drop some stuff off to our car which was amazing as well!
