Perfect stay , attention to...

Liked: Absolutely fantastic;Owner was gardening when we arrived she stopped immediately and showed us to our room and showed us all we needed to know .Very very friendly and helpful.Beautil grounds , safe neighborhood.Walked to the falls didn't worry about parking our car it was safe.Breakfast was really good, fresh made , lovely breakfast setting , real china all served to us with a smile.We have already recommended them to friends
Disliked: The only thing is I could not make thevTV work .It did come on but seemed stuck on Netflix but im sure it was something I was doing or not doing ,im not tech savy.I know if I had asked for help they would have shown me but after we walked to the falls and looked around and walked back we were tired and sleepy anyway .LOL

Liked: We are live in domino suit, it’s quite big and clean. The location is perfect, both close to Clifton town and Falls. Alice is nice and sweet We really enjoy our time here.

Disliked: I went with a friend & we had to share a bed which was a bit small, so ideally twin beds would have been nice, but we did know this when we booked it.

Do not recommend

Disliked: The place was clean, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.Breakfast was a major letdown. You had to choose a time slot in advance, and regardless of when you actually showed up, your meal was sitting out from the start of that slot—so if you arrived even slightly late, it was cold. You got what you were given and had to hope it was something you could or wanted to eat. There were no choices, alternatives or consideration for dietary needs. None of this is mentioned on their listing. The food itself was poor quality: the cheapest bread imaginable, burnt eggs every time, and on my second (and thankfully final) day, the breakfast was barely edible. When I raised concerns, I was told breakfast was “complimentary” and therefore not eligible for a refund—clever way to avoid accountability.The suite was directly next to the kitchen, so I was woken up over 2 hours before my slot by noise from breakfast prep. Hoovering is a constant. There was also loud, ongoing noise from the water pipes. The shower was hot, but there was no hot water at the sink unless you ran the tap for over 90 seconds.The overall feel was stingy. No bath mat, barely-there towels that wouldn’t even wrap around me (I’m a UK size 14), no shower gel, and only a low-quality 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner combo. The suite was freezing cold with absolutely no heating. There is a constant wind through the bathroom window and the suite itself gets no natural light. Thank goodness I found a blanket in the wardrobe so that at least at night whilst in bed I wasn’t cold. The bed and sofa were both clearly past their best—uncomfortable, and I kept sliding out of the bed during the night due to the mattress being so well worn from the side you have to get in that it slopes.Do not recommend.

Liked: Location was a short walk to the falls, you could hear the falls in the distance. Self Check in was very easy, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the garden was lovely to relax in.Alice and Jacky are very welcoming hosts, and nothing is too much trouble, and the most important rating we both slept very well..

Liked: Susan's Villa was great. Super clean, quiet, roomy and walking distance from the falls. The homemade breakfast was delicious both mornings. Protein, fruit and carbs each morning. Perfectly balanced and delicious. We had an upstairs room and the deck was very nice. We sat at the table on the cooler evenings and played cards and sat in the morning with our tea. I took a picture of the back yard because I thought it was so beautiful. The hosts were visible and accommodating but I didn't feel like I was being watched. I would go back.
