Liked: Everything was great for us but a few little things needed attention. The taps in the o suit needed attention as they leaked a little and the latch on the o suit shower needs attention. Neither of these issues impeded on our stay. We had a wonderful time

Liked: The check in process was easy and the pool was lovely. Our room was a good size and the location was excellent.
Disliked: The spa wasn't very warm and there was no elevator which is tiring in this heat.

Liked: Location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, right near flags, quick tram ride to either Cavill Ave or Broadbeach. Three minute bike ride to Broadbeach. Such a great spot. Pool and spa at the resort is great, kids loved it. Comfortable accommodation, homely feel and clean.
Disliked: Accommodation was either too cold or too hot. Some work on this would make it a bit more comfortable but was still a great place to stay.

Disliked: There are no lifts which makes it hard to move your luggage from room to car in basement.The car park has irregular pillars and therefore you have to park very very carefully.The property answering machine didn’t have reception hours. I advised this to staff this is necessary Spa wasn’t working
