Exceptional

Liked: It was super clean from the hotel itself to our room. The beds were comfortable and clean even with coffee in the morning& water. Also it was on the beach side to where you just crossed the street to go.

Liked: great location, owner super nice, good value for price, exceptionally clean, staff very helpful
Disliked: sketchy out back, super small shower, tv hard to work

Location was great comfort just...

Liked: The location was great. There was a guy when we first got there and he was kind even though that was the only time we seen anyone there.
Disliked: There was some paper on the floor and pubic hairs in the bathroom. The room was much smaller than expected. The tv didn’t work. Overall it just wasn’t very comfortable or totally clean.

it was better than sleeping...

Liked: Mario seemed cool.
Disliked: the bed was a metal cot with no end tables. the neighbors were raising he'll until 11:30 right outside our window (i tried to fight them but they were cowards). the bathroom was just a little smaller than a handicapped portable potty

Liked: I liked the location because it was near the boardwalk and everything that was close
Disliked: I did not like the hotel because I had to pay for parking while staying there and the parking lot was small and we had to park around the corner
