Damp and smelly; easy walk...

Liked: Keypad to enter the apartment so you did not have to keep track of a card or key. The apartment was a nice 25 minute walk from downtown OC/concert venue.
Disliked: The whole apartment was damp and smelled musty. There wasnt anywhere to put your things except on the floor, which also was not clean. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were very slow to drain and when you flushed the toilet, the sink gurgled. This building is historic and could be gorgeous but it is such a shame how it has been neglected. The whole lower level seems to be in need of a total remodel (I’m not sure what kind of shss as pe the rest of the building is in). With how much it costs per night, surly the owner could afford to do some maintenance to at least make it more sanitary.
