Great location

Liked: Great location, right across from the beach. The unit was clean, had beach towels for you. A cute little place to call home for a short stay.
Disliked: Our room didn't have a great view, but you can't get a great view from every room and I am aware of that. There is no elevator, so if you can't walk up stairs this isn't a place for you.

Liked: Pool big bed and the safe
Disliked: Little bathroom and no veiw

Be careful with the Safe...

Liked: The location is good, the room size is great, and there are some parking spots in front of the hotel.
Disliked: Management: Be careful, never give your credit card to this hotel. On June 2nd, they charged me USD 200 for a safe deposit. On June 12th, I requested an update about the refund of the safe deposit, and they informed me it would take 3 to 5 business days. On June 26th, I followed up again, and they told me they hadn’t processed it. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank, but the merchant rejected the dispute. To my surprise, they charged another USD 200 in order to process the refund… meaning they withdrew a total of USD 400 from my card in a completely illegal way. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL!!!

Nice room & pool.

Liked: Liked the pool & kitchen in room, large fridge with freezer.
Disliked: When we arrived, the front desk was at another location on Riverside drive & didnt answer our call so we could get a key. They answered the housekeeper who called for us. We waited 30 minutes for them to drive a couple blocks up the street to register us. Maybe some of this should be accomplished online since all we needed was a door code to get in our room.
