Disliked: Elevator needs some attention as does the walkways.

Liked: Staff was exceptional!!! Room was very very nice. Very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the outside area or the elevators. Could use some cleaning only in stairs and elevator area.

Fantastic stay for a great...

Liked: The location was great! Staff were really friendly and went above and beyond. The free kayaks and bikes were a great extra that we made full use of!
Disliked: The general areas are a little tired and the floor might look better if re painted

Liked: Great location! Hotel is a little older and dirty in spots. But all in all it’s a great place to stay and a little cheaper than the rest of the places out here.

Disliked: Floor had issue being damp and wipe floor with towels and floor wasn’t clean— good bit of dirt on towels Yellow Stain on bed spread Was told our room would have a beach view but our room had the exterior stairs blocking our window view

Not worth the premium paid

Liked: Elizabeth, who manages the breakfast was friendly and professional.
Disliked: The bed mattress was shot, and should be swapped out for a new one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms, and a wooden towel container on the bathroom sink counter that took up all the space, which was needed for shave kits.

Liked: we love the bay in the back, kayaking,and the walking convience to everything
Disliked: the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. a broom, dustpan,and extra trash bags would help, so before a shower you can sweep the sand up off the floor.
