I enjoy the place because...

Liked: It includes a kitchenette which is helpful. Love the area and like the beach being right outside your door
Disliked: Nothing really, I’ve been going there for 4 years

Superb

Liked: Convenience, ocean view, kitchenette. The room is bright and comfortable. Housekeeping staff are friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Steps & walk over protected area of the beach is difficult. There are no user friendly /handicap access to the hotel or the beach .

Clean hotel. Great location. Loved...

Liked: Location on the beach
Disliked: Not enough lighting in the room. Minimal cable channels. Unable to watch Red Sox games.

Excellent property on the ocean...

Liked: A fantastic property located on the ocean with beautiful grounds, an excellent pool and fantastic beach. In addition the rooms were good size with a small kitchen area for storing and preparing moderate sized foods. Finally the staff was so friendly and provided excellent service and support on how best to use the facilities but also local areas to visit
Disliked: Really nothing to complain about

Last minute birthday weekend

Liked: View and beach were great. Second floor room 210, great view but when you sit on tiny deck, you can’t see view due to railings in way. Needs updating, had problem unlocking door to deck, needs updating. Like the layout with kitchenette and nice size closet. Whoever did painting and patch job on walls was not a professional and it showed. Great restaurants in area. For the price I thought it was over priced. Nice grounds. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool with our schedule but looked great.
