A nightmare. The worst week...

Disliked: The worst accommodation of my life. There's no cleaning at all, everything is dirty, the kitchen is terrible with thousands cockroaches and millions of insects while you eat, the common areas are covered in cobwebs and bugs, the staff is very unpleasant, the reception and the lounge with the computer supposedly close at 11 but it's a lie. They only close it so that whoever the "staff" doesn't want doesn't enter and whoever they want stays there drinking beer. The care responsibilities are carried out by people who are just passing through, that's how things are since they don't care and don't do anything and it's disgusting. The people are very unpleasant, you say hello and they don't even answer, they make noise at night watching movies with the sound as loud as possible at 4 in the morning, they have no respect for anything. Is it cheap? Is it worth it? If you have common sense, absolutely NO. The worst week of my life.

Liked: It is located in a great area in the city centre, next to Queen Street. The rooms are clean, spacious with good ventilation windows that are opening from the top.The people in the reception are really very helpful, very polite, and will do their best to accommodate your needs. Antonio and Rio are really wonderful, very friendly and do their best to feel comfortable. They will advise you in all matters in relation to the accommodation and also in relation to the city, sightseeing. They go above and beyond to help you with everything you need. They are very organised, social and always with a smile. Jimmy, the supervisor, is very good is passing down knowledge and teaching the team.A big thank you to everyone!

Disliked: ROom was thin walled so you could hear alot around you, one of the toilet seats wouldn't stay up.
