Good location and inexpensive, but...

Liked: Good location, free parking, reasonable WiFi
Disliked: Broken toilet seat, loose floor trim, hair on bed sheets, lights didn't work, sports channels not active on tv.

Liked: Good location, I like the top floor kinda a good view.
Disliked: No ashtrays in smoking rooms, if there’s an ice machine I didn’t see it.

No frills lodging but good...

Liked: Nice man who checked us in explained clearly how to work the water faucet in the bath and turn on the TV so I wouldn't have any problems once in the room. Very friendly. Rules for parking were well-stated, and we appreciated having a place to park for free. Very little noise: we had a very peaceful sleep. Very clean room! Smells, looks, seems spotless. Enough towels. We liked having both a microwave and fridge. Happy with location. Bus stop was right in front and not far from other routes we noticed. Close to Marina district and Presidio. Overall, good value for a safe, older motel that is clean and has parking.
Disliked: Bed/pilllows a bit lumpy but didn't bother us. The door to bathroom was old with signs of wear at the bottom and the toilet paper role holder was damaged, but that was no big deal as there was a toilet paper. roll There was no available soap for the sink area so we were glad we had some of our own, but there was soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Parking was pretty tight with very little space between cars--quite a squeeze.
