Liked: People were great. they helped us tremendously. We showed up at their doorstep and on an emergency trip and they got us put us up in room with no problem. Staff wonderful people.

Disliked: We are extremely disappointed with Booking.com. Our original hotel booking was cancelled by the property at the last minute, forcing us to accept an alternate hotel recommended by their agent, with a written promise of a full refund for the price difference. Despite multiple follow-ups over more than a month, the promised refund has not been honored, only a partial refund was mentioned (which has still not been credited), and the original booking amount has also not been refunded. This experience has caused significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

Liked: Terrible place would not recommend anyone staying here, the rooms are so dirty, the bed sheets are stained, and when asked to get them changed I got told no, we found a living cockroach in the shower overall a bad experience! I called my bank to dispute the charge I was only in the room for 10 mins and left.
