Disliked: staff was extra. made us pay an extra $100 for sachets deposit when on site says 200. also was annoying to go through a whole parent confirmation thing for anyone under 18 when literally on site says anyone over 18 can check in. arab guy who was stuff was horribly rude

Value for the area was...

Liked: Close to the ocean. Had a small kitchenette which was nice.
Disliked: Beds were small and uncomfortable. Also there was an envelope in the room when we checked in asking for tips which struck me as odd and offensive. Usually tips are given to someone who is going above and beyond like carrying my bags or valet parking. Asking for a tip when I have never met you is panhandling plain and simple. Pool gate only opened from the inside so you had to put your hand through the gate to open it which can be difficult when carrying a lot of stuff and handling your kids. Also, I never saw a lifeguard on duty

Overall good stay

Liked: Super close to beach, great area, close to a lot of fun things/places! Price for a week was very reasonable.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable, and we had trouble with our door locking!

Liked: Beach access was great.
Disliked: Very dated, absolutely no amenities, pool closed really early even while staff was still on facility grounds

It was okay.

Liked: It was close to the beach
Disliked: there was a sign that said the property had an ice machine and we were provided an ice bucket. When we went to ask the worker had no idea what we were talking about. The website said you can leave anytime before 11 am and we tried to leave at 7 am for plans later in the day and we couldn’t leave until 7:30am.

Disliked: There was stains on carpet , bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Woke up and was having breathing issue. Was grossed out left early in the morning. Did not stay 2 nights

Liked: The room was spacious and roomy and the pool was nice and easy access to the oceans,
Disliked: The AC cannot keep up with the warm weather so it was very hot in her room The plates don't fit in the microwave, they don't have locks on their doors for safety for kids
